业余网球爱好者功能性动作筛查的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 了解网球爱好者功能性动作能力现状,为有效预防网球运动损伤提供建议。对临汾市网球爱好者共计40人进行采用功能性动作筛查(FMS)测试。结果表明,网球爱好者的FMS平均分为15.2分,14分以下(含14分)占比40%;15分-17分占比45%;18分-20分占比15%;深蹲、肩部灵活性和旋转稳定性均存在0分的情况出现;在上踏步和直线弓箭步上P<0.01,直腿上抬P<0.05,呈现出高度的左右不对称现象。临汾市网球爱好者在网球运动中有较高的运动损伤风险。 The paper studies functional movement screen of tennis enthusiasts to provide suggestions for effective prevention of tennis sports injuries. The paper conducts functional movement screen( FMS) among 40 tennis enthusiasts in Linfen city. The results show that average score of tennis enthusiasts' FMS is 15. 2 points,14 points below( including 14 points) accounts for 40%; 15 to 17 points account for 45%; 18- 20 points account for 15%; 0 points also appear in items of squat,shoulder flexibility and rotational stability; in step and linear lunge,P〈0. 01; while in straight leg lift,P〈0. 05,presenting a highly asymmetric phenomenon. Thus,tennis enthusiasts of Linfen city have higher risk of having sports injuries in playing tennis.
