Ancient Martial Arts——Origin and Development of Yuejia Sanshou

本文通过文献资料法、专家调查法、逻辑归纳法等对岳家散手的历史渊源和传承现状进行分析,同时在未来的传承发展中提出了几点发展策略的思考,即完善岳家散手技术与理论体系;借助网络媒体平台,加大保护与宣传力度;申请加入非物质文化遗产名录;同时依托当地政府以及相关组织进行场馆建设并举办民间传统武术交流赛,借以武会友的形式扩大岳家散手的影响力;发挥岳家散手的实战特色使其回归现代军事训练,并推动岳家散手向大众化健身之路发展。

This paper uses methods of literature,expert- interview and logical induction to analyze the historical origin and status quo of inheriting Yuejia Sanshou. The paper also proposes thinking on development strategies in future inheritance and development,namely perfecting technical and theoretical system of Yuejia Sanshou;intensifying protection and publicity with the aid of network media platforms; applying to join the list of intangible cultural heritage; relying on local governments and related organizations to build venues and hold traditional folk martial arts exchange matches to expand the influence of Yuejia Sanshou in the form of meeting friends by martial arts; giving play of the combat characteristics of Yuejia Sanshou to return to modern military training and promote it to develop on the road of mass fitness.
