新媒体背景下高职学生人际信任度长效机制构建

Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Interpersonal Trust in Higher Vocational Students under the Background of New Media

新媒体时代,高职学生人际信任度偏低成为一个突出的现实问题。增强高职学生人际信任度,应该构建"社会—高职院校—家庭—学生自我"四位一体的长效机制,即社会营造和谐的新媒体人际交往环境、高职院校加强新媒体背景下的人际信任教育、家庭合理引导新媒体背景下高职学生的人际信任度、高职学生自身提高对新媒体背景下人际信任度的理性认识等。通过建立相互配合相互协调的联动机制,充分联结社会、高职院校、家庭和学生自身四方面的力量,促使高职学生不断增强人际信任度。

In the era of new media, it is an obvious fact that the interpersonal trust of higher vocational students is relatively low. To enhance the trust, we should establish a long-term four-in-one system of ＂society, higher vocational college, family and students＂. In other words, the society needs to create a harmonious interpersonal communication environment, higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the education of interpersonal trust, families need to guide the interpersonal trust degree in a reasonable way and students themselves need to improve rational understanding of such trust in the era of new media. We＇ll fully combine the above four factors to help students improve their interpersonal trust degree through establishing a joint-action mechanism with mutual cooperation and coordination.
