摘要
公务员组织作为一种组织形态,存在着正式群体和非正式群体,其主要原因是由于成员之间有着共同的价值观念与兴趣爱好、共同的利益与风险、社会文化背景与个人经历相一致等;在公务员组织中非正式群体对组织的发展同时具有积极和消极的影响。所以,要正确认识公务员组织中非正式群体、对不同类型非正式群体采取不同管理策略、重视非正式群体核心人物作用等来完善对公务员组织中的非正式群体的管理。
As an organizational form, civil service organization falls into two categories, that is formal groups and informal groups, mainly due to the common values and interests shared by members, common interests and risks, social and cultural background and personal experience and the like. Informal groups in the civil service organization have both positive and negative effects on the development of the organization. Therefore, to correctly understand the organization of informal groups of civil servants, different types of informal groups adopt different management strategies, emphasis on the central figure in the role of informal groups to improve the management of the civil service in the organization of informal groups.
