企业制度与市场制度是相辅相成的 ,企业制度受市场制度历史发展的制约。现代企业制度的建立必须同现代市场制度的建立和完善结合起来。
The enterprise system and the market system interact with each other.The enterprise system is subjected to the development of the market system,and its construction should go together with the establishement and perfection of the modern market system.Only on the basis of eliminating various kinds of administrative monopoly,can enterprise system be set up and promoted in China.This dissertation provides the notion of the marketization of modern enterprise system.
