慢性心力衰竭是临床常见病、多发病,发病率和病死率逐年上升,严重的影响人类的身体健康。近年来,大量临床及动物实验证明,中医药辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭较单纯西药治疗有明显的改善心功能疗效,提高患者生活质量。该文阐述了中医对慢性心力衰竭病因病机、辨证分型的认识及治疗方面的研究现状,为中医药防治慢性心衰奠定基础并提供临床依据。

Chronic heart failure is a common clinical disease,the incidence and mortality of chronic heart disease is increasing year by year,which has a serious impact on human health. In recent years,a large number of clinical and animal experiments have proved that Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy for chronic heart failure compared with pure western medicine treatment has a significant improvement in cardiac function,improve the quality of life of patients. Article expounds the Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure and the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation type treatment,the current status of the foundation for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure. To lay the foundation and provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.
