An Overview of YE Tianshi's Theory of Warm Disease

叶天士是清代著名医学家,在中国医学史上具有巨大贡献,有"天医星"之称。他对中医的学术贡献体现在温病理论、络病理论、胃阴学说、中风学说、诊断方法、妇科诊治、儿科诊治、奇经辨治等多个方面,其中对温病理论的贡献最大,是温病学的奠基者和集大成者,又被称为"温热大师"。该文通过查阅叶天士相关著作及文献,对其温病理论进行总结和归纳。叶天士辨明了温病与伤寒之异,系统阐述了温病的发生发展规律,创立了卫气营血辨证体系,确立了温病治疗大法,丰富了温病诊断学内容,并且论述了妇人温病与小儿温病的证治特点。对叶天士温病理论进行研究和梳理,有利于深入探讨叶天士的学术思想,并且对全面掌握温病学理论具有重要意义。

YE Tianshi is a famous medical scientist in the Qing Dynasty. He has a great contribution in China medical history,and we call him＂The Star of Tianyi＂. His academic contribution of traditional Chinese medicine is reflected in warm disease,collateral disease,Yin of stomach,stroke disease,diagnostic methods,gynecological diagnosis and treatment,pediatric diagnosis and treatment,eight extra channel treating,and so on. The biggest contribution is warm disease theory. He is the founder of warm disease subject,also known as the＂master of warm＂. In this article we summary the warm diseases theory according to relevant literature and writings of YE Tianshi. YE Tianshi identified the difference between warm disease and cold disease,elaborated the law of occurrence and development of warm disease,founded the Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation system,established the treatment rule of warm disease,enriched the diagnosis methods of warm disease,and pointed out the syndrome and treatment characteristics of woman warm disease and children warm disease. The research for YE Tianshi＇s warm disease theory is beneficial to investigate the the academic thinking of YE Tianshi and it＇s of great significance to fully grasp the warm disease theory.
