摘要
目的:研究"肺主皮毛"理论与治疗儿童支气管哮喘的内在联系。方法:查阅CNKI、万方数据库,研究儿童支气管哮喘发病机制、临床表现以及综合治疗、"肺主皮毛"的古籍研究及理论进展,分析"肺主皮毛"与治疗儿童支气管哮喘的相关性。结果:发现儿童支气管哮喘的发病与"肺主皮毛"理论关系紧密,哮喘的发病及临床症状表现与皮毛防御功能紧密相关,在临床施治中,以"从皮论治"治则的内外治疗法取得肯定的疗效。结论:"肺主皮毛"理论可应用于诊疗儿童支气管哮喘。
Objective：To investigate the inner relationship between the theory of lung governing skin and hair and the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods：Consult the CNKI and WANFANG database,study the pathogenesis,symptom and treatment of pediatric asthma,research the theoretical progress of lung governing skin and hair,then analysis the correlation of lung governing skin and hair and the treatment of pediatric asthma. Results：Pediatric asthma is closely related to the theory of lung governing skin and hair,including its pathogenesis and symptom.In clinical treatment,the principle of＂treatment in skin and hair＂have certain curative effect. Conclusion：The theory of lung governing skin and hair can be used in diagnosis and treament of pediatric asthma.
