Research on Relevance of Phlegm-Dampness Constitution,Dampness-heat Constitution and Metabolic Disease

体质是疾病发生的背景,贯穿于疾病发生、发展、预后各个阶段。糖尿病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症是以能量、营养素代谢异常为特征的代谢性疾病,痰湿体质、湿热体质是以津液代谢异常、湿浊内蕴为特征的体质类型。通过病因、病机、体质分布特点的分析研究,发现痰湿体质、湿热体质与3种代谢性疾病之间存在相关性,是其主要的高危体质。了解体质与代谢性疾病之间的相关性,为辨体防、治、调、养疾病,降低发病率,减轻医疗负担,提供理论与实践依据。

The constitution is background of the diseases and in all stages of occurrence,development and rehabilitation of diseases. Diabetes,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia are the metabolic diseases with metabolic disorder of energy and nutrients. Phlegm-dampness constitution and dampness-heat constitution are the constitutions characterized metabolic disorder of body fluid and interior accumulation of dampness and turbid. Phlegm-dampness constitution and dampness-heat constitution are the mainly risk types to the three kinds of metabolic diseases by analysis and research on etiology,pathogenesis and clinical distribution. To research the relevance of constitutions and metabolic diseases it can provide theoretical and practical evidence for prevention,treatment and adjustment of diseases based on constitution differentiation and for reducing the morbidity and medical burden.
