中药复方辅助治疗非小细胞肺癌研究进展

Chinese Herbal Compound Auxiliary Research Progress in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,而非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)约占肺癌的85%,单纯放化疗治疗效果不理想,近年来随着中药复方联合放化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床应用不断推广,以及研究不断深入,发现中药复方在治疗NSCLC过程中具有显著增强机体免疫、减少复发转移、提高生存率等作用。该文从中药复方辅助治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床及实验研究进行综述。

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor,and non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）accounts for about 85% of lung cancer. Alone with radiation and chemotherapy treatment effect is not ideal.In recent years with the Chinese herbal compound combined radiation and chemotherapy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and the further promotion of the clinical application,and studies have advanced,found in the process of Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of NSCLC significantly enhance the body＇s immune,reduce recurrence,improve the survival rate,and so on. This paper summarizes the Chinese herbal compound auxiliary treatment of non-small cell lung cancer clinical and experimental research.
