通督调神针刺法对血管性非痴呆型认知功能障碍患者事件相关电位P300的影响

Effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Treatment on the Erp p300 Level of Patinets with Vcind

目的:明确通督调神针刺法对VCIND患者认知功能的治疗效果,并观察通督调神针刺对患者P300潜伏期和波幅的影响。方法:63例VCIND患者随机分为针药组32例和西药组31例。西药组予口服奥拉西坦胶囊,针药组加用通督调神针刺治疗,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗8周后的MMSE、Mo CA积分及事件相关电位P300指标数值的变化。结果:治疗后针药组和西药组的P300潜伏期缩短,波幅增高,差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针药组和西药组治疗总有效率为93.75%、70.96%,组间有效率有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:通督调神针刺方法的配合使用增加了对VCIND患者认知功能的改善,疗效明显优于单纯西药组。ERP-P300可以较客观地显示出VCIND患者早期认知功能损害的程度,能及时有效地诊断患者的早期认知功能障碍,并评价其预后。

Objective：To detect whether Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method is valid for enhancing cognitive function and quality of life for patients with VCIND,and observe the change of ERP-P300 latency and amplitude after Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture treatment. Methods：Sixtythere cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 32 in the acupuncture-medicine group and 31 in the medicine group. The medicine group used oral Oxiracetam Capsules and the acupuncturemedicine group added Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture for a course of 8 weeks. The changes of scores for MMSE and Mo CA were investigated,and P300 was checked before and after treatment in both groups. Results：The two groups manifested shorter latency and higher amplitude on P300 after treatment,and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rates in the acupuncture-medicine group and medicine group were 93.75% and 70.96% respectively with a significant difference（P〈0.05）,indicating that the curative effect of the acupuncture- medicine group was better than the medicine group. Conclusion：Increased use of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method can improve the cognitive function in patients with VCIND,and the curative effect is superior to the group with only medicine treatment.ERP-P300 check can objectively reflect the degree of early cognitive dysfunction on VCIND patients. It is beneficial for early diagnosis of cognitive dysfunction.
