中药外敷关元穴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Herbs Acupoint Stick on Guanyuan to Treat Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

目的:观察经前中药外敷关元穴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将80例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组40例,给予中药外敷关元穴治疗;对照组40例,给予田七痛经胶囊口服,3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组痊愈17例,显效15例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%。对照组痊愈6例,显效8例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率70%。治疗组治疗前后中医症状积分分别为12.17±3.01、4.32±1.28,对照组治疗前后中医症状积分分别为11.76±2.64、5.45±3.16。两组总有效率及治疗前后中医症状积分比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:经前中药外敷关元穴治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效满意。

Objective：This study observes the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs acupoint stick on Guanyuan in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea（cold coagulation and blood stasis）. Methods：Classifying 80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea randomly into two groups.：treated group and controlled group,who receive the Chinese herbs acupoint stick on Guanyuan and Tianqi capsule respectively three treatments. Results：In treated group of the 40 cases,17 cases were cured,with a total effective rate of 92.5%. In controlled group of the 40 cases,6 cases were cured,with a total effective rate of 70%. TCM syndrome scores of treated group and the controlled group before and after treatment were 12.17±3.01,4.32±1.28 and 11.76±2.64,5.45±3.16 respectively. There are statistically significant difference between these two groups（P〈0.05）.Treatment group was obviously superior to control group. Conclusions：Chinese herbs acupoint stick on Guanyuan to treat primary dysmenorrhea is satisfied with the effect.
