该文总结分析了近10年来对心脏X综合征的中医与西医治疗方案,并讲解最新对心脏X综合征的病机认识及可行的治疗新设想。对当前西医治疗心脏X综合征的药物与中医治疗心脏X综合征的药物作用机理进行总结,并提出作者的一点建议。虽然心脏X综合征的发病机制及用药目前仍然众说纷纭,但应用中西医结合治疗心脏X综合征,临床效果还是很肯定的。

This article in recent 10 years were analyzed and summarized in this paper to the heart of X syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment,and explain the latest understanding of pathogenesis of CXS and feasible treatment of new ideas. The current western medicine for the treatment of cardiac syndrome X drugs and drug action mechanism of the TCM therapy for cardiac syndrome X and drug was summarized. And the author＇s some advice is put forward. Although the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X and drug use remains controversial,but the application of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cardiac syndrome X,clinical effect is sure.
