摘要
闭系耐压酸式加热反应体系中,采用酸浸和煅烧法对硅藻土进行提纯处理。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、Brunauer-Emmett-Teller法和X射线荧光光谱分析等测试手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:高纯硅藻土孔隙发育,比表面积显著增大,SiO_2含量大幅提高,Fe_2O_3等显著降低。
Diatomite was treated with formic acid in thermal closed system and calcined to remove impurity. The purified diatomite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),BrunauerEmmett-Teller method( BET). The chemical constitution of diatomite before and after purification was measured by the X ray fluorescence spectrometry( XRF). The results show that porosity development of high purity diatomite and the specific surface area increases remarkably. The content of SiO_2 increases and the content of Fe_2O_3 decreases after diatomite is treated by thermal closed system.
