摘要
为了提高活性白土的质量,本文提出了采用斜板沉降槽提纯活性白土的方法。实验首先探讨了斜板沉降槽的停留时间分布情况,以确定自制斜板沉降槽结构的合理性,然后考察了斜板沉降槽提纯工艺中活性白土悬浮液固体质量分数和给料流量对提纯活性白土产品的效果影响。结果表明,给料流量增加,停留时间分布越均匀;原料在活性白土悬浮液给矿质量分数为10%和给料流量为2.0 t/hm2提纯后,产品的含沙率为4%,脱色率为76%,平均粒径为27μm,回收率为77.5%,因此,提纯后活性白土的质量得到改善。
In order to improve the quality of activated clay,the purification method of activated clay purified with inclined plate settler was introduced. Firstly,the resident time distribution of homemade inclined plate settler was investigated to determine the suitability of its structure. And then,the influence of the feeding mass fraction and flow rate of activated clay on the products were also studied. The results showed that,the resident time distribution was more even with the increase of flow rate. As for the products,compared with the original activated clay, the sand content was decreased to 4%, the decolourization ratio was increased to 76%,the average diameter was resized to 27 μm and the recovery of activated clay was up to 77. 5% when purified at the condition that the mass fraction is 10% and the flow rate is 2. 0 t / hm2. Therefore,the quality of activated clay was improved after being purified by the homemade inclined plate settler.
