步科公司的游戏化管理实践探索 被引量:5

The Exploration of Gaming Management Practice in Kinco Company

摘要 游戏管理的理念已逐渐进入到企业的管理实践当中,学术界也有越来越多的研究者开始关注到这一创新性管理方法,但目前尚未形成较为成熟的模式。步科公司实行游戏化管理已近两年,经营情况良好,管理效果显著。笔者作为步科游戏化管理方案的主要设计者和推动者,对游戏化管理从创意、设计到实施的全过程有着更为清晰、深刻的认识。本文旨在对步科公司的概况与发展历程、实施游戏化管理的背景、游戏化管理的模式、管理变革的过程及其实施效果评估等几个方面进行分析,以期实现对于游戏化管理的总体性认识。此外,本文还进一步探讨指出了游戏化管理方法的创新性价值和实践性启示。 Gaming management concept has been gradually into the practice of enterprise management, there have been more and more researchers begin to pay close attention to this innovative management methods among the academia, but it has not yet formed a mature pattern. Kinco Company has been put gamification into their management practice for almost two years, operating in good condition and acquiring a remarkable management effect. The author as an major designer and impeller of Kineo's gaming management plan, has a clearer and deeper tmderstanding of this kind of pattern, from the ideas, design to implement the whole process of it. The purpose of this paper is to realize the overall awareness about this gaming management based on the analysis of Kinco Company's general and development information, the background of implementing gaming management, the pattern of gaming management, the process of this kind of management transformation, the evaluation of its implementation effect and so on. In addition, this article further discusses and indicates the innovative value of the gaming management and its practical implications.
