摘要
本文采用案例研究方法,选取北京一所重点大学后备军官选拔培训办公室为研究对象,以心理契约违背理论为基础,探索了入伍适应期国防生军官心理契约违背与重建的影响要素及作用机制,并试图构建基于协同支持的国防生军官心理契约违背与重建的动态过程模型,以期为促进国防生军官的军队适应及优化人力资源管理机制提供理论依据和实践借鉴。
With a case study of a reserving officers' unit in Beijiug, this study investigated the antecedents and influencing mechanism of psychological contract violation and reconstruction, and attempted to build a dynamic model of psychological contract violation and reconstruction. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this study has specific significance to the reserving officers' adaptation and army' s human resource management.
