浓核病毒用于载体和生物防控的研究进展

摘要 浓核病毒是单链的DNA病毒,能够感染昆虫等无脊椎动物。浓核病毒基因组转染到宿主细胞后,能拯救出感染性的病毒粒子,而且基因组可以整合到宿主基因组,这两个特性促进了浓核病毒作为表达载体的研究。浓核病毒的宿主范围仅局限昆虫,在生物防控方面表现出很大的潜能。详细介绍了浓核病毒JcDNV、AaeDNV和PfDNV在表达载体方面的应用,并且阐述了浓核病毒在生物防控方面取得的进展以及存在的安全性问题。 Densoviruses are single strand DNA viruses which can infect invertebrate hosts like insects. Infectious virions can be res-cued from the host cells after the densoviruses genome transfect into host cells, in additon, the densoviruses genome could inserted into host genome, these two features promoted research of densoviruses uesd as expression vectors. Densoviruses show great potentials in bi-ological control because its host is limited to insects only. This paper reviewed research progress on JcDNV, AaeDNV and PfDNV used as expression vectors in details, and densoviruses application in biological control as well as the relevent security issues.
