NaOH溶液中糠醛对铝阳极腐蚀行为及活化性能的影响

摘要 为提高电池中铝阳极的活化性能及减缓其腐蚀,利用失重法、电化学法、腐蚀形貌观测等方法,研究了在4 mol/L Na OH溶液中添加糠醛(C5H4O2)对铝阳极(99.999%)腐蚀行为及活化性能的影响。结果表明:糠醛能抑制铝阳极的腐蚀,当糠醛的质量分数为1.0%时,失重法和阻抗法均测得铝的缓蚀率最高,分别为61.1%和55.8%,腐蚀表面均匀;当4 mol/L Na OH中添加1.0%糠醛时,在-1.20 V下铝阳极的电流密度高达178 m A/cm2,开路电位Eocp最负,为-1.87 V,活化性能有所改善。 In order to improve the anti-corrosion and activation property of aluminum anode,the effects of furfural( C5H4O2) on electrochemical behaviors of aluminum( 99. 999%) in 4 mol / L NaO H solution were investigated by weight-loss method,electrochemical method and the observation of corrosion-morphology. Results showed that the corrosion of Al anode was inhibited by C5H4O2,and with 1. 0% of C5H4O2,the corrosion-inhibition ratios of Al were maximum,respectively61. 1% evaluated by weight-loss method and 55. 8% by impedance method. Besides,by adding 1. 0% C5H4O2 into 4 mol / L NaO H,the current denistiy of Al anode was up to 178 mA / cm2at- 1. 20 V,and the open circuit potential( Eocp) was the minimum to- 1. 87 V,showing improved activation property of Al anode.
