“信息-动机-行为技巧模型”在髋关节结核术后患者康复中的应用

Application of nursing model of “information-motivation-behavior skill model” in the rehabilitation of the postoperative patients after surgery for hip tuberculosis

目的:探讨"信息-动机-行为技巧模型"(IMB)在髋关节结核术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法:将76例行手术治疗的髋关节结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组接受临床常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上参照IMB,比较两组康复训练完成度、满意度、髋关节功能及活动度等方面的差异。结果:观察组干预后康复训练完成度及患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);Harris总评分、疼痛、功能及活动范围评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);髋关节屈曲、外展、内收、外旋活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IMB可增强髋关节结核术后患者的康复实践力,优化髋关节功能及活动度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the application of ＂ information- motivation- behavior skill model＂（ IMB） on rehabilitation of the postoperative patients after surgery for hip tuberculosis. Methods： 76 patients who underwent surgery for hip tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 38 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine clinical nursing intervention and the patients in the observation group were given nursing care based on the IMB,the completion of rehabilitation training,satisfaction,hip joint function and ROM of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The completion of rehabilitation training and satisfaction of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）; the total score of Harris and the scores of pain,function and ROM of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the ROM like hip flexion,abduction and adduction and external rotation were larger in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of IMB can enhance the rehabilitation of postoperative patients after surgery for hip tuberculosis and optimize the patient＇s function and activity of hip joint.
