阴道超声对诊断子宫肌壁间妊娠的临床价值

Clinical value by transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of intramural pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声检查在子宫肌壁间妊娠诊断的临床应用价值。方法收集经诊疗的2例子宫肌壁间妊娠患者,1例经腹部超声检查,1例经阴道超声检查,后经宫腔镜检查、手术与病理诊断证实的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2例患者中,1例经腹部探查误诊为输卵管异位妊娠,1例经阴道超声诊断准确。结论子宫肌壁间妊娠术前诊断较为困难,经阴道超声检查操作简单,结果迅速、准确,在子宫肌壁间妊娠的诊断上有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate value of clinical application by transvaginal ultrasound for diagnosis of intramural pregnancy. Methods There were 2 diagnosed patients with intramural pregnancy. 1 case among them received transabdominal ultrasound, and the other 1 case received transvaginal ultrasound. They were diagnosed by additional hysteroscopy, surgery and pathology examination. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 2 cases, 1 case in transabdominal ultrasound was misdiagnosed as tubal ectopic pregnancy. The other case in transvaginal ultrasound was precisely diagnosed. Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis of intramural pregnancy is difficult. Transvaginal ultrasound can be easily operated with quick and precise outcome, and it contains highly applying value in diagnosis of intramural pregnancy.
