老年哮喘应用小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗的用药效果评价

Evaluation of medication effect by small dose of glucocorticoid combined with theophylline in the treatment of senile asthma

目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘的效果。方法 160例老年哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组采用小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱进行治疗,对照组单纯采用糖皮质激素进行治疗。对比观察两种治疗方式的效果。结果观察组总有效率为88.75%,对照组总有效率为67.50%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘效果显著,可推广应用。

Objective To investigate effect by small dose of glucocorticoid combined with theophylline in the treatment of senile asthma. Methods A total of 160 senile asthma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The observation group received small dose of glucocorticoid combined with theophylline for treatment, and the control group received glucocorticoid alone for treatment. Curative effects of the two treatment ways were compared. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 88.75%, and the control group had that as 67.50%. The observation group had much higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of glucocorticoid and theophylline provides precise effect in treating senile asthma, and it is worth promoting and applying.
