前列腺增生术后再次尿潴留原因探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨前列腺增生术后再次尿潴留的原因。方法回顾性分析56例前列腺增生术后再次尿潴留患者的临床资料,分析其术后再次尿潴留原因。结果本组56例前列腺增生术后再次尿潴留患者中,尿道狭窄者所占比例为51.79%;膀胱颈缩窄者所占比例为26.79%;膀胱功能异常者所占比例为8.93%;前列腺腺体残留者所占比例为7.12%;良性前列腺腺体增生复发者所占比例为5.36%。结论前列腺增生术后再次尿潴留的原因主要包括尿道狭窄、膀胱颈缩窄、膀胱功能障碍、良性前列腺增生复发以及前列腺腺体残留等。前列腺增生手术过程中,应采取手术疗法与保守疗法相结合的方式予以治疗,从而预防前列腺增生术后再次发生尿潴留,促使患者早日康复。
