高频电波刀在宫颈病变治疗中的价值研究

Research of value by loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife in the treatment of cervical lesions

目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP刀)在治疗宫颈病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析135例门诊行LEEP刀手术的宫颈病变患者的资料,观察其治疗效果。结果 LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈病变一次性成功率为97.78%(132/135),平均手术时间为(11.5±5.3)min,平均出血量为(14.7±7.2)ml,无继发性出血等并发症。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变效果确切,并发症少,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate application value by loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife（LEEP knife） in the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods Clinical data of 135 patients with cervical lesions receiving LEEP knife were retrospectively analyzed, and their curative effects were observed. Results Onetime success rate of LEEP knife in treating cervical lesions was 97.78%（132/135）. The average operation time was（11.5±5.3） min, and the average bleeding volume was（14.7±7.2） ml. No complications occurred, such as secondary hemorrhage. Conclusion LEEP knife provides precise effect and few complications in the treatment of cervical lesions. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
