浅谈“以人为本”创新企业思想政治工作

企业的发展带动了企业制度改革,使得企业干部职工的思想遭受到了冲击,企业干部的思想动态以及工作的积极性直接关系到企业各项工作的有效进行,所以,在企业内部开展思想政治工作是非常有现实意义的。以人为本是我国科学发展观的本质,随着企业管理制度的建立和完善,使得企业管理逐渐向着以人为本的方向过渡,针对以人为本的创新企业思想政治工作,把握以人为本的思想内涵,树立工作理念,创建企业思想政治工作机制,并对此进行分析和研究。
