随着矿井开采深度的增加,煤炭开采条件逐渐恶化,煤矿地质条件差,瓦斯灾害突出。推进煤矿安全基础管理工作是一项十分重要的工作,而制定好采掘作业规程就是煤矿安全基础管理工作的重中之重,也是安全生产法律法规的基本要求。
With the increase of mining depth, coal mining conditions gradually deteriorate, coal mine geological condition is poor, gas disaster is outstanding. Promoting coal mine safety management is a very important work, and the development of good mining operation rules is the most important work of coal mine safety management, but also the basic requirements of the laws and regulations of safety production.
