摘要
目的:观察通脉汤对成人骨折术后血液高凝状态的干预治疗作用。方法:80随机分为通脉汤组(A组)及低分子肝素钠组(B组),分别予以相应治疗。结果:两组术后7天D-Di比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通脉汤可有效降低血液高凝状态,无明显不良反应。
Objective： To explore the effect of Tongmai Decoction in the intervention treatment of hypercoagulable state after operation of severe trauma fracture of adults. Method： 80 cases were divided into Tongrnai Decoction treatment group （ group A） and low molecular weight heparin treatment group （group B ） randomly. Each group was given corresponding treatment. Result： There was significant difference in D-Di between the two groups on the time point of 7 days after the operation （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Self-made Tongmai Decoction could effectively prevent hypercoagulable state without obvious adverse reaction.
