麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病痛经38例

38 Cases of Dysmenorrheal due to Adenomyosis Treated by Modified Decoction of Ephedra,Aconite and Asarum

目的:观察麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的疗效。方法 :38例用麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗,观察治疗前后疼痛症状变化。结果:痛经评分治疗后3个月与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:麻黄附子细辛汤加减对于缓解子宫腺肌病痛经有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe modified MahuangFuziXixin （ MFX ） Decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea associated with uterine adenomyosis. Method： 38 cases were treated with modified MahuangFuziXixin （MFX） Decoction. The pain symptom changes were observed before and after the treatment. Result： 38 cases of uterine adenornyosis by dysmenorrhea patients to treatment before and after treatment 1 month, 2 months and the comparison of three months, less visible pain cases after treatment. Compared with dysmenorrhea score of the patients 3 months after treatment and that before treatment, there was significant difference （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： Modified MahuangFuziXixin （MFX） Decoction has good clinical therapeutic effect in alleviating dysmenorrhea associated with uterine adenomyosis.
