山东省基础教育课堂教学改革的分析与反思 被引量:22

Analysis and Reflection on Classroom Teaching Reform of Basic Education in Shandong

摘要 通过对山东省各地市课堂教学改革的调研,从改革理念、制度、策略和效果等层面对课堂教学改革现状进行系统分析,发现现阶段山东省基础教育课堂教学改革中存在改革力度不足、教学模式泛化、教学管理粗放等问题。为了进一步深化基础教育课堂教学改革,建议在改革推进过程中处理好自上而下的组织促动与自下而上的专业推动、学校课程的整体规划与教师的个性化教学、学校文化建设与制度建设的关系。 According to the survey on classroom teaching reform in Shandong,by analyzing classroom teaching reform systematically from the aspects of the reform idea,system,strategy and effect,it is found that there are some problems in classroom teaching reform,such as the insufficiency in reform,the non-specification of teaching model and the extensive management in teaching,etc.In order to deepen the classroom teaching reform in basic education,it is suggested that we should deal well with the relationships in the reform such as the top-down organizational driving and the bottom-up professional promoting,the overall planning of school curriculum and the teachers' individualized teaching,as well as the school cultural construction and system construction.
