Tb^(3+)掺杂硅酸盐闪烁玻璃的发光特性和Gd^(3+)→Tb^(3+)能量传递的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用高温熔融法制备了不同Tb^(3+)离子浓度的硅酸盐闪烁玻璃.通过分析紫外光激发下的激发光谱和发射光谱,研究了Tb^(3+)离子间的交叉弛豫过程和Gd^(3+)→Tb^(3+)离子间的能量传递机制与效率.结果显示:Tb^(3+)离子~5D_3能级的荧光发射受交叉弛豫过程的影响而出现强烈的浓度猝灭.同时,样品中的Gd^(3+)离子通过声子辅助电偶极-电偶极相互作用向Tb^(3+)离子进行能量传递.随着Tb^(3+)离子浓度的增加,Gd^(3+)→Tb^(3+)离子间的能量传递效率逐渐提高,当Tb_2O_3含量为6mol%时,能量传递效率接近98%.
