摘要
采用文献资料、专家调查和逻辑分析等研究方法,在对运动技能传统分类进行分析的基础上,依据田径各项目类化资源的丰富程度将田径动作技能分为三类,即类化程度较高的田径动作技能、类化程度一般的田径动作技能和类化程度较低的田径动作技能。通过对三类田径动作技能形成特征及教学特点的分析,提出学习不同类别田径动作技能时所应采取的相应教学指导策略,为教学过程的组织和教法的选择提供理论指导。
Using the documentary,expert investigation and logical analysis,on the basis of analyzing the traditional classification of the motor skill,according to cognition level of the athletics events,athletic motor skill is divided into three classes: the high cognition level,the ordinary level,and the low cognition level of the athletic motor skill. By analyzing the formation characteristics and teaching features of the athletic motor skill,this paper puts forward the corresponding teaching guidance for different athletic motor skill,and provides theory instruction for teaching organization and means selection.
