摘要
研究目的:鞍马是我国男子体操的传统优势项目。作为该项目的典型和核心动作——鞍马全旋(DLC)是规则中必须完成的"规定动作"。本研究旨在实现鞍马全旋训练的"精准化""高效化"和"安全化"。研究方法:采用多体系统动力学仿真软件Lifemod对鞍马全旋进行建模仿真。结果:背阔肌是主要的动力来源;胸大肌在进行躯干远固定的同时,肱二头肌和肱三头肌协同工作起到支撑作用;三角肌起固定肩关节作用。结论:模型取得了较为满意的结果,实现了鞍马全旋上肢和胸部肌肉工作时协同机制的定量描述,有望为更加精细和有效的训练提供可定量化的靶向依据。
Purpose: The sport of gymnastics is a traditional dominant sports event in China. Double Leg Circles( DLC) on the pommel horse is the typical movement,which is also fixed in gymnastic rules. It has been a major issue of the study to make DLC training more accurate,more efficient and safer. Methods: using Lifemod to create a human model based on the motion capture system. Results: During one circle of DLC,latissimus dorsi was the main motion muscle; while pectoralis major was fastening the torso,biceps brachii worked together with triceps brachii to support it; deltoid fixed the shoulder joint. Conclusions: The model was proveda satifactory one,which provided a quantitative description of the collaborative mechanism of upper limb and chest muscles of DLC; it could also serve as effective and quantitative training reference.
