摘要
目的:初步探讨维生素D对牙龈卟啉单胞菌诱导的人牙周膜细胞炎症反应的抑制作用,为牙周病的防治提供一定的依据。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验、实时荧光定量核酸扩增检测系统检测维生素D对牙龈卟啉单胞菌诱导的人牙周膜细胞分泌炎症因子白介素1β、肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响。结果:维生素D对牙龈卟啉单胞菌诱导的人牙周膜细胞分泌炎症因子白介素1β、肿瘤坏死因子α有显著的抑制作用,最低有效浓度为6.25μg/ml,且随着维生素D浓度的增加,抑制作用越明显。结论:维生素D是一种潜在的防治牙周炎症反应的药物。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of vitamin D on Porphyromonas gingivalisinduced inflammation of human periodontal ligament cells,provide evidence for the prevention of periodontitis. Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and real-time quantitative PCR detecting system were used to observe the effects of vitamin D on the secretion of interleukin 113 and tumor necrosis factor cx induced by Porphyromonas gingivalis. Results Vitamin D could inhibit the production of interleukin 1β and tumor necrosis factor α significantly.The minimum inhibitory concentration was 6.25μg/ml.With the increase of concentration of vitamin D,the inhibitory effect was enhanced. Conclusion Vitamin D may be a potential medicine of periodontitis.
