强脉冲光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效分析

Intense pulsed light combined with collagen dressing treating hormone dependent dermatitis

目的：观察强脉冲光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法：将入选的136例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均使用强脉冲光（Record-618，IPL）治疗，每3周治疗1次，6次为1个疗程，治疗组同时敷胶原贴敷料（澳宜）2～7次／周，一个疗程结束后评价疗效。结果：两组患者治疗效果比较，治疗组有效率（89．7％）高于对照组（75．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者II盏床表现（灼热瘙痒、潮红肿胀、干燥脱屑、痤疮样皮损及皮肤老化）疗效比较，治疗组有效率（88．2％）高于对照组（70．6％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而多毛及毛细血管扩张两组治疗效果比较，治疗组有效率73．3％，对照组72．4％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），随访6个月治疗组无反复，耐受性好，无不良反应发生。结论：强脉冲光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎具有疗效好、无不良反应等优点。

Objective To observe the efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with collagen dressing in treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 136 patients selected were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.All patients in 2 groups were treated with intense pulsed light（Record-618,1PL）,once three weeks.The treatment lasts for 6 therapeutic courses.At the same time,the patients of treatment group were given human-like collagen dressing（Aoyi）,two-seven times a week.Treatment efficacy was evaluated after the end of one therapeutic course. Results There were significant statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Effective rate of treatment group（89.7% ）was higher than one of control group（75.0% ）.Eeffective ratio of clinical symptom （calorescence,pruritus,flush and swelling,drying and cramps,acne-like skin damage,and skin ageing） in treatment（88.2%）was better than in control group（70.6%）,there was statistical difference between them（P〈0.05）.Although effective ratio of polytriehia and angiotelectasis was 73.3%in treatment group and 72.4% in control group, there were no statistical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Followed up for 6 months in treatment patients there were no relapse.There were well-tolerated and had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion There are advantages such as better effect and no adverse reaction intense pulsed liqht combined with human-like collagen dressing treating HDD.
