As a support of the innovation and development of textile enterprise,major scientific and technological innovation projects are not only the promotion of enterprise development,but also the foundation and guarantee to achieve the target of the industry development planning. The present situation of the science and technology textile industry innovation project management was expouned. The problems of textile science and technology project management were analyzed. The thinking of textile innovation on science and technology project management in the ＂Thirteenth five-year ＂ was put forward and the corresponding management procedures and methods of all phases of the project were approached,which can provide decision basis for innovating the management and formulating development strategy of the enterprise. Through the effective implementation and scientific management of projects,the competitiveness of the enterprise will be enhanced and the sustainable development power will be won.
