摘要
The All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) released the list of China's Top 10 Women and Children's Rights-protection Cases during a news conference in Beijing on December 4, 2015, to mark Constitution Day (a day to commemorate the anniversary of the promulgation of China's Constitution on December 4, 1982). The purpose of the event was to promote China's Constitution, and to encourage women to respect, study, observe and use the law (to protect their legal rights and interests). The event was also intended to motivate women's federations, at all levels across the country, and law enforcement agencies to work together to protect women and children's rights and interests. Tan Lin, Member of the Secretariat of ACWF, spoke during the conference. Gao Shawei, Director of ACWF's Legal Department and Director of ACWF's Legal Assistance Center, announced the list of the cases.
