Research on Rural College Students Psychological Problems in Employment and its Countermeasures

面对严峻的就业形势,大学生就业难一直是社会持续关注的热点问题。尤其是农村大学生在就业过程中容易产生更多的心理问题,文章针对这一特殊群体,分析了他们产生心理问题的原因并提出了相应的解决办法。

Faced with the severe employment situation, college students＂ employment has been the hot topic in society continues. Especially the rural college students prone to produce more psychological problems in the process of employment,in view of this special group, this article analyzes their causes of psychological problems and proposed the corresponding solution.
