摘要
我国政治生态呈现六大特征对高校从严管理干部提出了要更新适应新常态的观念、提升适应新常态的能力、构建适应新常态的机制的基本要求。当前,针对高校管理干部存在着主客观方面的约束因素,积极探寻从严管理干部的路径:一是推进形成从严管理干部主观思想的新常态,培育认同观念、规矩意识和整体性思维;二是构建从严管理干部工作体系的新常态,建立"导向性"考核机制、"系统性"培训机制、"预警性"监督机制和"能动性"干部交流机制。
The six characteristics of China's political ecology put forward the basic requirements for strict management of cadres in colleges and universities of updating the concept, improving the ability and building a mechanism to adapt to the new normal.In connection with subjective and objective constraints existing in the strict management of cadres in colleges and universities, the author actively explores the path of it.One is to promote the new normal of forming the subjective thought of strict management of cadres and foster the identity concept, the awareness of the rules and the integrative thinking.The other is to build the new normal of strictly managing cadres ' work system and establish the " guidance" assessment mechanism, the "systemic" training mechanism, the "warning" supervision mechanism and the" initiative" cadres exchange mechanism.
