摘要 倾斜管内的油水两相流流动是油田地面集输管道内最常遇到的流动现象。采用VOF在不同含水率和混合流速条件下对不同角度的倾斜管内的油水两相流进行数值模拟。通过计算可知,管内流型受管道倾斜角度影响。倾斜管内的油水两相流压降与含水率和流体混合流动速度有关,倾斜管内流体压降随含水率的增大而减小,随流体混合流动速度增大而增大。倾斜管压降计算公式对高含水期的油水两相流压降规律预测同样适用。 The phenomenon of oil-water two-phase flow in inclined pipes is most commonly encountered in the oilfield surface gathering pipeline.The study of flow pattern and pressure drop variation is important for the gathering pipeline design and operation.Use VOF model to simulate numerically the oil-water two-phase flow of different angle of inclined pipe under different moisture content and mixed flow velocity conditions.By analyzing the results of calculation,it is shown that the flow pattern is affected by the inclined angles.The moisture content of two phase flow and flow velocity has great influence on the pressure drop in inclined pipes.With the increase of moisture content,the two-phase flow pressure drop in inclined pipe will decrease.With the increase of flow velocity,the two-phase flow pressure drop in inclined pipe will increase.Inclined tube pressure drop calculation formula can also be applied in predicting oil-water two-phase flow pressure drop of high water.
