摘要
针对航天型号物资采购与质量追溯的"实物编码(一料一码)"在设计选用及CAD基础库建立时存在的问题,提出了适用于数字化研制各阶段的编码体系构建思路和定义,根据目录的型号选用方式及实例介绍了基于该体系的相关应用。实例表明,笔者提出的编码体系较之传统的编码体系,能更好地支撑数字化研制。
The construction idea and the definition of coding system which are suitable for digitalizing manufactures in each stage,and the approach for type selection based on the catalogue are proposed.The proposed system are aiming at the existing problems for the design and selection of the purchasing of aerospace type materials and"the real coding"of quality traceability,as well as the problems for the construction of CAD basic library.Examples are given to illustrate the applications of the system.Results show that the proposed system of encoding is more supporting digital manufacture than the traditional encoding system.
