丹参与氦氖激光血管内照射对糖尿病周围神经病变血液流变学的影响

Effect of Danshen and Neon-Helium laser intravascular irradiation combined on hemorrheology of diabetes Peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨丹参与氦氖激光血管内照射对糖尿病周围神经病变血液流病变的影响。方法用 3 999D型血液流变学仪及SA B软件系统检测治疗前和第二个疗程结束后血液流变学指标及血脂等项。结果血液流变学指标、血脂均明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,临床症状亦明显改善 ,无明显副作用。

Objective To probe the effect of Danshen and Neon-Helium laser intravascular irradiation Combined on hemorrheology of aching diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods Instruments model 3-999D of hemorrheology and SA-B Computer software system were used to measure the hemorrheology index and lipid of the patients before treatment and after the second therapeutic course. Results There were a significant improvement in hemorrheology index and lipid ( P <0.01) and there were also significant improvements in clinical symptoms without any side effects. Conclusion Danshen and Neon-Helium laser intravascular irradiation combined is one of the ideal available method for treatment of aching diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
