云台山地质公园博物馆解说效果评价研究

Study on the interpretation evaluation of Yuntai Mountain Geo-Park Museum

以云台山地质公园博物馆为例,运用重要性-表现程度分析方法(简称IPA分析法)对解说效果进行了游客调查与评价,通过描述性统计和四分方格法研究了解说效果,并通过相关性分析探究了解说评价与游客特征间的关系。结果表明:"服务质量"和"牌示维护"因子的重要性评价,以及"场所位置""牌示设计""信息资料"因子的满意度评价与年龄、学历等游客特征存在显著的相关性;以此为基础,针对性地提出提升服务质量、丰富解说类型、科学规划牌示、设计信息资料、建立反馈渠道等建议,以期为地质公园博物馆管理和发展提供参考。

This article took Yuntai Mountain Geo-Park Museum as a case to investigate and evaluate the interpretation effects by importance-performance analysis（IPA）.Interpretation effects were studied by descriptive statistics and IPA grid figure and the relationships between interpretation evaluation and tourist characteristics were explored through correlation analysis.Studies showed that there was a remarkable correlation between the importance ratings of service quality and interpretation board maintaining together with the satisfaction evaluation（referring to site location,interpretation board design and information materials）and tourist characteristics（i.e.age and education background etc.）.Based on the results,some suggestions were proposed by improving the quality of service,enriching the types of interpretation,planning explanation board scientifically,designing information materials and establishing feedback channel etc.,so as to provide references for its management and development of geo-park museums.
