摘要
本文介绍了一种基于SOPC的注塑机控制系统的硬件电路设计方案,该方案由上位机和下位机构成,电路主要包括矩阵键盘模块、LCD液晶显示模块、位移检测模块、温度控制模块等部分。整个系统的电路设计实现了对注塑机注塑过程中的时间、位置、压力和速度等参数的精确的控制与调节。经过调试与分析,该控制系统操作简单、性能稳定、响应迅速、生产效率高。
The paper introduces a hardware circuit design of injection molding machine control system based on SOPC. The scheme consists of the upper machine and lower machine, mainly including matrix keyboard circuit module, LCD liquid crystal display module, the displacement detection module, and temperature control module The circuit design of the whole system has realized precise control and adjustment to time, position, pressure, velocity and other parameters in the process of molding. After debugging and analysis, the control system is provided with simple operation, stable performance, quick response, and high production efficiency.
