Preparation and Application of Nanocrystalline Cellulose

摘要 纳米纤维素是一种新型的高分子功能材料,其可再生、可生物降解以及优良的力学性能成为纳米技术领域研究的热点。文章综述了纳米纤维素的制备方法,主要包括微纤化纤维素、纳米微晶纤维素和细菌纤维素及其应用,重点介绍了微纤化纤维素和纳米微晶纤维素在生物医学领域的应用。 Nanoerystalline cellulose is a type of novel functional material, which has become a hot spot in nanotechnology field for its advantages of renewable, biodegradable and excellent mechanical properties. The preparation methods and application of nanoerystalline cellulose, including mierofibrillated cellulose, cellulose nanocrystals and bacterial cellulosewere were reviewed. The application of mierofibrillated cellulose and cellulose nanocrystals in biomedicine were also especially summarized.
