摘要
基于表面活性温拌技术,深入分析温再生混合料级配设计的特点,明确了温再生混合料级配设计的关键问题之一是确定再生混合料中旧料的状态。通过室内配置不同旧料掺量、不同旧料状态下的温再生混合料合成级配,研究旧料状态对温再生混合料级配设计的影响。研究结果表明:温再生混合料级配设计时,旧料状态被简化成完全混合状态更合理,即级配设计时以旧料中矿料的筛分数据作为设计依据;但是,当旧料掺量较小时,为方便、快捷地进行级配设计,旧料状态被简化成黑集料状态也是可行的,此时级配设计以旧料的筛分数据作为设计依据。
Based on the surface activity of warm-mix technology, the characteristics of warm-mix recycling asphalt mixture gradation design is studied.One of the key problems of warm recycling mixture gradation design is how to determine the state of RAP is found.Different kinds of recycling mixture gradations with different contents and states of RAP are synthesized.The influence of RAP states on warm recycling mixture gradation design is also studied.The results show that during the warm-mix recycling asphalt mixture gradation design, the state of RAP should be simplified with a complete mixing state,that is to say, the recycling mixture should be synthesized by using the RAP screening result of postextraction.When the content of RAP is small,the state of RAP can also be simplified with a black aggregate state,at this time, using the RAP screening result of preextraction is also feasible.
