检校联合预防大学生犯罪模式之完善

大学生犯罪呈现上升趋势,创新大学生犯罪预防模式,加强大学生犯罪防控力度显得尤为重要和迫切。检察机关和高等学校联合预防大学生犯罪的模式,在一些区域的实践中取得了良好的效果,但由于制度保障缺乏、检察建议乏力、帮教制度存在缺陷、法制教育滞后、互动局限等掣肘因素,这一模式尚存在功能局限。从制度和教育等方面对检校联合预防大学生犯罪模式进行创新和完善,可构建检校联合预防大学生犯罪的长效机制。

Crime committed by university students is on the rise, indicating that to innovate preventing mechanism of crime committed by university students and it is particularly important and urgent to strengthen the prevention and control efforts for crime committed by university students. Outstanding results have been achieved in practices of some regions in terms of mode of combining prosecutors and colleges with college students＇ crime, but due to factors such as the lack of system security, weakness in procuratorial proposals, flaw in helping and educating system, lag of legal education, interactive limitations and other constraints, functional barriers occur. Innovations and improvements of mode of combining prosecutors and colleges with college students＇ crime implemented from the institutional and educational path can make possible establishment of long-term mechanism of combined efforts from prosecutors and colleges in prevention of crime committed by university students.
