不良事件管理中护理质量指标的应用剖析

Application Analysis of Quality of Care Indicators in the Adverse Event Management

目的:对护理质量的指标进行分析,并对护理中不良事件进行管理,找出诱发的原因,使护理质量指标得到改进。方法:选取105例患者进行不良事件的调查研究,并对护理的质量指标进行研究和划分。结果:主要是护理不良管理中的事件较多发生,发生率较高的是用药错误占30例,非计划性拔管以及跌倒情况分别为18例和16例。在护理质量的指标分类中大多是由于职位低且工作经验不丰富的护士而引发的一些不良事件的情况较为普遍。结论:要严格对不良事件管理中的质量指标在护理中出现的一些不良情况进行管理,并对核心制度实行严格的管控,使护理质量指标达到合理,防止出现一些不良事件,使患者病情得到康复。

Objective：To analyze the quality of care indicators,manage the adverse events in nursing,find out the cause of the cause,in order to improve the quality of care indicators.Method：In the paper,105 patients were selected to investigate and study the adverse events,and quality of care indicators were studied and classified.Result：Mainly poor management nursing a higher incidence of events,the higher was 30 cases of medication errors,non planned extubation and fall were 18 cases and 16 cases respectively.In the classification of the quality of care indicators,more common was the situation of some adverse events caused by the low position of the job and lack of work experience of the nurses.Conclusion：We must strictly manage adverse events which occurred in nursing of quality indicators for the management of adverse events,and implement strict control of the core system,make the nursing quality indicators to reach reasonable,prevent the occurrence of a number of adverse events,so that the patients＇ condition to be recovered.
