中医护理对阵发性心房颤动患者的护理应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Nursing Application on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨中医护理对阵发性心房颤动患者的护理应用效果。方法:选取本院2014年1-12月心内科住院部收治的61例阵发性心房颤动患者,采用随机分配原则将其分为观察组31例和对照组30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医护理,比较两组患者的护理效果差异。结果:护理前,两组患者的心率、呼吸频率和血压等生命体征指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的心率、呼吸频率和血压等指标均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分(功能、症状和总体健康)分别为(30.95±7.01)、(9.41±1.08)、(20.11±9.03)分,均明显低于对照组的(46.32±8.15)、(21.46±11.07)、(34.47±17.16)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度93.55%明显高于对照组的70.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理能够有效稳定阵发性心房颤动的生命体征,显著改善生活质量和提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the nursing application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients.Method：61 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected,all patients were divided into the observation group for 31 cases and the control group for 30 cases according to randomized allocated principle,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of control group,the differences of the nursing care effect between the two groups were compared.Result：Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After nursing,the heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The life quality scores（function,symptoms and overall health） of the observation group were respectively（30.95±7.01）,（9.41±1.08）,（20.11±9.03）scores,which were significantly lower than（46.32±8.15）,（21.46±11.07）,（34.47±17.16）scores of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively stabilize vital signs for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients,and it can significantly improve the quality life and nursing satisfaction,is worthy of clinical promotion.
