腰椎间盘突出症术后症状复发患者行针刀治疗的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Acupotomy Therapy for Patients with Recurrence of Symptoms of Postoperative Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:对腰椎间盘突出症术后症状复发患者行针刀治疗的疗效进行分析与探讨。方法:选取2014年8月-2015年5月在本院接受治疗的45例腰椎间盘突出症术后症状复发患者,对其实施针刀治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:33例(73.33%)痊愈,7例(15.56%)治疗显效,4例(8.89%)患者治疗有效,1例(2.22%)患者治疗无效,患者治疗总有效率为97.78%。结论:研究表明,对腰椎间盘突出症术后症状复发患者行针刀整体松解术治疗,具有安全可靠、见效快的特点,对提升患者生活质量极为有利,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective：To analyze and investigate the curative effect of acupotomy therapy for patients with recurrent of symptoms of postoperative lumbar disc herniation.Method：45 patients with recurrent of symptoms of postoperative lumbar disc herniation who received treatment in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2015 were selected,they were given acupotomy therapy,the treatment effects were analyzed.Result：33 cases（73.33%） were cured,7 cases（15.56%） were markedly effective,4 cases（8.89%） were effective,1 case（2.22%） was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.78%.Conclusion：The studies suggest,patients with recurrent of symptoms of postoperative lumbar disc herniation for the treatment of acupotomy overall lysis,has the characteristics of safe,reliable and fast effect,extremely beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
