摘要
脓胸是胸膜腔内化脓性感染,多由肺部感染蔓延所致。其病原体复杂,病程长,常迁延为慢性病程。治疗除恰当抗生素使用以外,脓液的引流是治疗成功的重要因素。本文对脓胸的病理生理、诊断及治疗最新进展进行综述。
Thoracic empyema is a suppurative infection in pleural cavity,and the main reason is pulmonary infections.The pathogen of empyema is complex,duration is long,and it is often delayed for chronic disease.Treatment except for proper use of antibiotics,drainage is an important factor for the success of the treatment.The latest progress in pathophysiology,diagnosis and treatment of empyema are reviewed in this paper.
